No Returns or Exchanges At G.URL Magazine, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products, including physical magazines and posters. All sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our limited edition items. However, we will ALWAYS refund a damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@gurlworld.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Resolution: If the item is deemed damaged or defective due to our handling, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Order Cancellations Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to alter the sendee's address once the package has been sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages G.URL Magazine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
